I hope everyone’s break was relaxing and enjoyable. 

As we head into the 3rd quarter, it is very important that students stay focused and excited about learning.  Here at school, teachers are well aware of this and will be reviewing class expectations and social skills so students can have an easy transition back from break and little instructional time is lost.  We all know that time is valuable!  At home, parents can help make this transition easier as well, by enforcing bed times and sitting down with their child during homework times.  Together this quarter will be successful and rewarding! 

Parents, I would like to thank you for all the support and participation in your child’s education here at Arizona Desert Elementary School.  As Principal, I am committed to serving the children and parents in this community, to brighten children’s futures through education and the development of social and interpersonal relationship skills.  Students not only need Reading, Writing and Math skills but also skills to relate and communicate with others.  Our teachers and support staff are highly qualified and passionate about educating your children and developing skills for their successes now and in the future.
